EBLIDA voting recommendations to JURI Committee members on the INFOSOC report from rapporteur Reda

Ahead of a vote Tuesday, 16 June 2015 on the INFOSOC report drafted by rapporteur Julia Reda and amended by the JURI Committee members, EBLIDA, the European Bureau of Library, Information and Documentation Associations is pleased to publish its voting recommendations in favour of libraries.

The recommendations contain:

  • Facts and figures on libraries in Europe;
  • 8 key points for libraries reflected in specific amendments;
  • Our voting recommendations focussing on the amendments relevant to libraries.
