Public Libraries 2030
PL2030's vision is that public libraries empower citizens to create a democratic, socially engaged and digitally inclusive Europe. We undertake projects, build networks of pioneering libraries and carry out targeted EU level advocacy in Brussels.
NAPLE Forum was founded on October 4, 2002. It is an international non-governmental association pursuing the interests of the national library authorities in Europe. Its main aim is to promote principles and strategies for public library policies.
