The report of the EU's High Level Group of experts on Literacy

Since February 2011, the High Level Group has looked into effective policies to reduce the number of young people and adults who lack basic reading and writing skills. The experts have examined research, gathered evidence and analysed the most successful literacy programmes and policy initiatives in Europe.

The final report of the HLG on Literacy has been published.
