On 12 February 2015, Frédéric Blin (Bibliothèque nationale et universtaire de Strasbourg)  - Member of the IFLA GB and Representative of EBLIDA - presented the point of view of the public libraries on publishing and copyright issues in the digital environment to the Working group on Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright Reform in the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
