Making copyright fit for purpose in the age of internet

During the launch event of theCenter of European Policy Studies (CEPS) Digital Forum Taskforce on Copyright in the EU Digital MArket in Brussels on 7th of November 2012, Commissioner Michel Barnier (in charge of Internal Market and Services) proposed to launch  a new partneship with industry called Licensing Europe.
