"Lobbying for Libraries"

The 11th Nordic Law Libraries Conference

Date: 23 August 2018 to 24 August 2018
Location: Reykjavík, Iceland

The theme of the conference is Europe - Transparency – Justice.

The conference will not only offer interesting talks and new ideas but also provide us with the opportunity to meet colleagues and socialize during breaks, excursions, lunches and the gala dinner at the Blue Lagoon.

August is a great time of the year to explore nature and the city life at its finest. The weather is usually mild and the nights still quite bright, as autumn has not yet kicked in. We hope you will be able to make the most of your visit and return home with memorable moments of your stay in Iceland.

The official twitter hashtag for the Nordic Law Libraries Conference 2018 is #NLLC18. Please remember to use it if you are tweeting about the conference.

We look forward to welcoming you to Iceland and hope you will enjoy your stay.

Chairman of the organizing committee
Kristína Benedikz
Law librarian, Reykjavík University
